Overhill Farms, Inc.; was issued citations totaling $222,075 for its COVID-19 violations. The temp agency supplying some of its workers, JobSource North America Inc. was issued citations totaling $214,080 for its part.

Both employers were also issued citations for $131,000 combined for violations from two accidents that occurred in February 2020.

CALPASC members are reminded that Cal/OSHA is taking its role seriously to investigate and cite employers who do not take proper prevention measures regarding COVID-19.
