SB 778 Extends the Deadline for Sexual Harassment Training of Non-Supervisory
Employees to January 1, 2021!
 
The Governor just signed the bill, and it has an urgency clause, to take effect immediately.

CALPASC is researching virtual training programs that will be available to members to help satisfy the training requirement for your staff. Our goal is to have this available for members in Q3 of 2020 so there will be ample time to implement the training by the new deadline of January 1, 2021.
