Cal/OSHA Cites a Plumbing Contractor and the Airline Supplier it was Working For $68,850 Combined!

When two workers were overcome by carbon monoxide gas; at San Francisco International Airport. The plumbing employees were working in a permit required confined space, using a gasoline powered saw to cut through concrete. The workers were treated by emergency responders, with one of the employees requiring two days hospital stay for recovery.
