Defeat of Petition 572
The California Industrial Hygiene Council presented this petition to the Cal/OSHA Standards Board on November 28, 2018. The petition wants to make the Injury and Illness Prevention Program(IIPP) much more complicated. Bruce Wick testified against the petition at the public hearing on May 16, 2019. The Board voted to deny the petition at that meeting!
