Important Reminder for CALPASC Members for July 1, 2018

Fed/OSHA has not relented in its decision to require employers to submit their 300A OSHA Summary form electronically to Fed/OSHA.
CALPASC believes this is a bad idea anyway, but this ruling requires employers to submit the 300A, even if they are in a State OSHA plan state like California.
Employers must submit their 300A for calendar year 2017, by July 1, 2018.

In subsequent years the compliance date will be March 2.
The only exempt employers are those with less than 20 employees, or those with less than 250 employees who are not on this industry list.

Clearly, construction and building material and supplies dealers are on the list.

You can see a copy of the Fed/OSHA announcement HEREYou can also connect to the Fed/OSHA Injury Tracking Application website to submit your 300A form HERE.
