Enterprise Zones Program

CALPASC is proud to announce a strategic alliance with Professional Solutions Group LLC (“PSG”) to provide valuable Federal and State Tax Credit consulting to its members.  PSG is a leading provider of federal and state tax credit services throughout California and its founders have over 30 years of experience with the California Franchise Tax Board.

and incentives unclaimed.  Whether through lack of knowledge or time constraints, most companies fail to take
advantage of these government programs designed to reduce operating costs and/or eliminate their income tax liabilities.

What’s an Enterprise Zone?
The California Enterprise Zone Program (EZ) was established in 1986 to stimulate economic development.  Enterprise Zones provide tax incentives for businesses to invest in distressed areas and to hire targeted employees.

Businesses located within an Enterprise Zone are entitled to state tax credits during the 15-year lifetime of each zone.

The Enterprise Zone Program continues to evolve.  Many zones are beginning to expire, boundaries are changing, and new regulations have taken effect.  At the same time, new zones are being designated.

Fee structures are reasonable and flexible.  We want you to get the maximum benefit from the services, not pay the maximum amount for them.  PSG will conduct an initial assessment – at no cost – to determine your potential benefit.  If PSG can’t identify any savings, you won’t pay a dime.
